Text-Message Opt-In: Navigate Support Line
This page shows exactly how a caller agrees to receive a text message from Navigate, LLC. It is the consent step for our support text messages, sent from (502) 679-3296.
- Who receives texts: employees of Navigate's client companies who call our IT support line, (502) 717-1640, for help with their own account or computer. The mobile numbers we text were provided to Navigate by these users themselves, and they agreed to receive support verification texts at them, so that we can verify them and help them. We still ask again on every call before any text is sent, and confirm the number first.
- How consent is given: on every call, before any text is sent, our support agent asks: “To verify you, is it okay to send a text message to your cell phone?” Nothing is sent unless the caller says yes.
- Confirming the number: after a yes, the caller confirms their own mobile number by stating its last four digits. The text goes only to that number.
- Proof of consent: every call is recorded, and the caller is told so in the first sentence of the call. The recording and transcript keep the question and the caller's answer.
- What we send: a one-time verification code, and, when the caller asks for one, a password-reset link. One message per request. We send no marketing.
- Opting out: reply STOP at any time. Reply HELP for help, or call (502) 515-4927. Message and data rates may apply.
- We do not sell or share mobile numbers or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Full terms: navky.com/terms. Privacy policy: navky.com/privacy-policy.
